I notices when they have a sale they increase their prices. I took a screen shot of something I was going to buy but decided to wait for a sale. When they finally had one that same item was increased from $85 to $150 and was "discounted" to $107.. it's bad business.

Hardtuned are probably the best company to have provided great customer service as I needed to return an item that wasn’t the right fit. Even though the item was out of stock and I could get the size I wanted they gave me a few options in place of this. Made the transaction so easy and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for being such a great company!! X

Horrible, wanted an update on my order so i contacted customer service, they go on to say that they have lost my package?!?!??!?!?! two times already… very disappointed

Customer support 10 out of 10! I received wrong hat but they listened my issue and they resolved it to gave me correct one hat. I really appreciate it!

Received a faulty product from a third party seller but Hardtuned were more than happy to help and sort out a replacement, even covering shipping costs. Support team was quick to reply and very friendly. Bianca was super helpful through the process!

Honestly the best customer service I've ever received.

I ordered to pairs of shoes and they are amazing. Great quality and worth every penny. The Fuji 2's were supposed to come with stickers but I got none. This was not a problem as the wonderful customer support resolved my issue in no time and sent me my stickers with no additional costs on my behalf.

If you're still on the fence with them, I get you, I live in Romania and the postage from AU to RO was huge, but I pulled the trigger nonetheless. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Well it was amazing experience actually the person that contacted back to me about an order not being satisfactory replied very quickly and was beyond helpful, i am very happy with how things turned out.
