Click and Collect
Used on line service which was simple and easy to complete. Set up for click and collect and as promised my order was ready for collection after 4 working hours.
Would recommend this process along with value for money and would definitely use again.

Online Shop order. I made the order online and collected it 4 trading hours later. The staff were very friendly, and the service was efficient. (I was confused by the email that I received 5 days later to confirm that my order was ready for collection.)

I asked for delivery on the Saturday…
I asked for delivery on the Saturday but was told the courier didn't deliver on Saturday, at 8 am I got a message saying the delivery would be delivered, twenty minutes later I had taken delivery of very well wrapped and great quality Ply wood. I am very happy with my purchase and delivery. Thanks Tony

Delayed delivery dates, shocking.
Not happy at all, I placed the order for it to arrive on Wednesday, then changed to Friday, then changed to the following Friday, which completely throws my job completion out the window and I’ll be losing money on it. Even had an email saying it would be delivered on the 30th and now not until 2nd December when I’m away!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend and would avoid, very disappointing!

We apolgise that we had to contact you and move your order by 2 days due to being let down ourselves with supply. We have paid an additional fee at our own expense to provide your products on Friday the 2nd on a pre 12pm delivery service to ensure that you are not away and are at home when your order is delivered.

I ordered skirting boards and they…
I ordered skirting boards and they arrived absolutely battered. All the packing was ripped, the boards were all scuffed and scratched. They were in no fit state to use at all. I emailed the company about the delivery as it says to if you have a problem on the invoice. I emailed pictures and my experience to hear absolutely nothing back. £220 gone.
