Very pleased
It was a pleasure booking our holiday at Hays travel, very nice office, everyone was smiling 😃 Gabrielle who booked our holiday was very pleasant and professional, she explained everything to us and went through everything, even a couple of things I'd forgotten about.

Very efficient travel agent.
The lady who attended to us was very pleasant, we paid the balance on our holiday, she said they would be in touch when the tickets arrived, we were only in the shop 10 mins.

Malta here we come
We were very well looked after our experience was very relaxed and the lady that dealt with us was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much bother she was a very nice person.

Great service. Becca had so much patience when the hotel I wanted was fully booked. She looked through lots of hotels and found a one so much better than the one I'd picked . Also changed the day we fly as it was so much cheaper. Thanks Becca
