I explored a few different shops but Natalie was the one who stood out above the rest. She made me feel at ease with my multiple questions and asked her colleagues in the shop when she knew they could answer, this gave me reassurance I was booking with the right company

We enquired about our holiday originally through messenger and even though the lady was busy in-store she was very responsive with replies
We then went to Hays and were attended to by Dan and from the off he was friendly, engaging, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area as he had been before, overall very pleasant booking experience as always

Aleah was great, she looked after us very well, looking through locations and many hotels etc until we found ones that we were happy with. The booking process was easy, deposit paid. Service was great and Aleah was a star for the way she searched for suitable hotels that suited our requirements.

We have booked a few holidays now with Hays Travel Broughton Park Chester & the staff have always been very helpful & they are always happy & polite. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always email you back when they say they will & they always call you back when they say they will. Charlotte is amazing & Emillie also. We will be booking other holidays with Hays in the future.

Where relative novices on the travel front , but this branch is first class . We've been in about 6 times in the last year , and every time we go in we are treated like royalty. We booked again yesterday with Aleah , and nothing was too much trouble for her , but to be fair every time we go in we get exceptional service . Keep up the great work gang
