Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Davena found us the perfect short notice cruise to South America and added a 3 night extra stay so we could visit Machu Pichou which was not included in the cruise we wanted. All extra flights and hotel arranged and the price worked out only slightly more than the original cruise. I would definitely recommend this travel agent over booking online.

Excellent customer service
I was greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walked in. Sara was professional, personable& very knowledgeable & helped me choose the perfect destination for my budget. I felt nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely recommend a visit & would book there again without hesitation.

Sara couldn't do any better
Sara was lovely, went above and beyond! Really making sure we got the best holiday and keeping intouch by email and arranging a appointment to book. Never felt more reassured. Also a lovely gesture to offer tea/coffee etc. Really lovely ladies all in store.

Excellent friendly service
This is a new store just opened, the staff were very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcome and even made us a drink! They worked together as a team to make sure our visit went well even though they were still setting up.

Leanne was great
Leanne was great. I told her my budget and we found a lovely holiday for 1500 under budget.
I didnt feel pressured to book at all. I told her that I needed to speak with my husband and that was no problem.
I went back the next day to book.

Amazing service
Booked in the brand new chesterfield branch. Keeley helped us book our budget trip to Florida. She was very friendly, listened to what we wanted, got us a better holiday than what we were previously looking at, at a great price. Thankyou Keeley!! Would 100% recommend booking with Hayes, everything is done for you. Takes the stress away!! Can't wait for our holiday!! 🌴
