Booking Through Hays Travel
I knew which P & O Cruise I waned to book as I'd taken a look online. I sat with a lovely lady called Jade who found the cruise I wanted and sorted it all out. Jade went through everything and explained it all clearly.

Don't think we will book with hays again
We was there over 2 hours trying to book holiday we was given 2 different prices, Lauren changed the hotel the first one we was happy with ,we did not want luggage but was told we was quoted for it when we was not on the first quote

Went in for euros got the worst rate ever and got charged £3.95 buy back guarantee even though I didn't ask for it or wasn't told about it either ,better off going to Althams

We went into Hayes travel on the off…
We went into Hayes travel on the off chance to book a last minute trip to Majorca.
The woman was helpful but misunderstood our mean of a beach location as we wanted to be on the beach front rather than Alma Beach.
When we arrived jet 2 holidays were pretty helpful but for the price we thought it was too expensive. A good trip though. Thanks
