Fantastic customer service from Danielle for looking for great deal for me as she looked at lots to begin with then found me a good price for a hotel I had been recommended also thanks to Kirsten. Excellent friendly helpful staff and all sorted via Facebook messenger and email definitely recommend.

Kirsten took all the stress of booking my holiday, single parent with 3 children 1 who has autism, she sorted travel insurance and private transfers, got me a great deal, super excited to take my kids abroad for first time. Would 100% book threw this shop again.

Brilliant staff all really friendly even gave the kids pen and paper to draw while we were sat booking our family holiday always booked with hays travel keep up the excellent work guys

Don't feel Rushed

The Agent was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I marked it as four stars, as he failed to tell me, until I asked after booking that our return flight had a six hour layover.

Helpful smooth and knowledgeable way our cruise was booked. Sam dealt with P and O on the phone professionally and confirmed questions we had not thought of.

Second visit to do boarding passes. Staff was unhelpful and rude. Older lady with glasses.
Third visit got proper help from Dani. App down but she got us sorted in the end. Polite and charming.
