Victoria the manager knew exactly what I wanted and just after the bookings opened at 0830 she phoned me to we were booked into the cabin we wanted and an email confirmation would be with us shortly

Caroline was efficient in guiding me through the booking process for an Emerald river cruise in 2027. Flight arrangements were explained with a good understanding of our requirements. Special discounts were included in the costing.

Staff were great we were supporting 2 gentleman with learning difficulties to book their first holiday abroad. They went above and beyond to ensure that they got the right accommodation central to activities to meet their needs. Made them feel so welcome.

Aiden was extremely professional,respectful and helpful when we called in yesterday.He made the process of booking a holiday very easy and took time to make sure we got what we wanted.

Margaret was very helpful in giving us all the information we needed to make up our minds, we chose a river cruise and look forward to going away.

The only down side to the experience was that the heating was not working, very cold for customers and staff.
