Hays Travel - Weston Favell Opiniones 

Went to Hays as my River Cruise had just been cancelled and dealt with Vicki who was fantastic, sorted it all out there and then. So now 3 days later I'm off to the sun in Sorrento. Would highly recommend going to Hays Travel.

Booked anniversary holiday, specifically asked for the airline seats to be together including a window. Told everything sorted so paid deposit of £1400. Conformation arrived next day, after checking NO seats booked. Returned and told they couldn't reserve seat until balance paid another £9500. Checked myself on airline website NO seats together!!!! Asked for different options without success. Only option was to cancel.

Marine was the lady that we spoke to. She was patient and looked at numerous places for our holiday. Checked to ensure that everything from transfers to airport parking was sorted.

Hi I went into Hays in Northampton. Just in the off chance that that could help me with my planned trip to the Caribbean. Vicki could not do enough for us. She worked wonders. And it was all signed sealed and delivered in two days. Could not ask for more. Thank you Vicki.

We visited Michelle at the Weston favell store. Michelle is always friendly and so helpful. She is very patient when you are a little indecisive and makes sure you have all the information to make the decision right for you. If you are booking a holiday and like the travel agent experience or just need to talk through some options with an expert, I would highly recommend a visit to this store and would highly recommend chatting with Michelle

The staff at the Weston Favell shop were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The holiday that I booked was really good flight times, local airport and parking, very pleased thankyou.

I usually book holidays online but Caroline was amazing, so helpful and searched until we got the absolute best price, the whole team were amazing, I’ll definitely use again for all our holidays!!
