The lady who helped us book our holiday was friendly, helpful, funny and knowledgeable. She made the experience relaxed and was very reassuring. She could quickly answer every question we had.

The young lady I spoke to was very helpful ,I had the holiday I wanted, booked it ,paid my deposit , all done In around 30 minuets ,that to me is good .

It was such an easy and relaxing experience with very friendly helpful staff, it was nice having to look through brochures again rather than searching online for days.
