2nd Cruse booked same day
The young lady was very polite, efficient, helpful and honest. She and other staff also had experience with cruse holidays. She was able to select our 2nd cruse holiday in a very timely manor as we booked 2 holidays on the same visit.

A Norwegian adventure
Enquired about a break to Norway and Iceland regions and left it with them...later the same day they came back with a number of options at reasonable prices.... subsequently booked....good flexibility overall a great service.....now my go to holiday company...

Excellent service
Benjamin sorted my holiday over whatsapp and email as could not get to store and was patient despite some delays and changes due to a party of 7. Will be booking all holidays this way from now on.
