Personal service 2 years in a row used my local shop in Yarm same girl did everything she could to find what i wanted

Just booked Florida for 2026 with Rashida at Hays Travel Yarm, who went above and beyond to help us get an amazing deal for the budget we had. She spent two days checking resorts and flights and even stayed past closing to ensure our holiday was booked when her system crashed and called us to keep us posted that everything was booked. Would definitely recommend Hays to friends and family for holiday bookings.

All the staff were very friendly at the Yarm branch. The lady who booked our holiday could not have been more helpful...every detail was taken care of and we left the premises Happy Bunnies!!😁😁
