Everything was substituted nothing matched what I ordered not the colour not the item - their attitude was unapologetic confrontational and unhelpful . They cited Policy contradicting the FAQS page.

I am not very happy with the service. First of all I customize the basket so someone and I had no idea what you put in the basket. I should have got the picture. When I was on the page to select the gift basket it shows 5-6 options but I couldn’t pick 3 of them so had to pick coffee one. Secondly the flowers were missing and he got coffee beans instead of coffee pack. Moreover, I requested a call to the person to check if he is home but got the call but on his door step and he wasn’t home so the gift was left at the door unattended. I think the prices are high according to the stuff and services.

Le seul soucis que je trouve c'est que c'était un peu difficile d'arriver au payement...
En effet, si vous pouvez faire en sorte que la description "add to cart" soit plus accessible cela aiderait beaucoup.
J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à faire le payement.

En outre, je n'ai pas vraiment compris comment est-ce qu'on puisse payer le même montant d'argent pour une livraison de l’Ontario à Longueuil que pour une livraison de l’Ontario à l’Ontario.

Aussi, si l'on avait la possibilité de passer des commandes à 2 semaines ou un mois d'avance, je trouve que cela serait très plaisant.

I so appreciated being able to send a gift to friend to let them know I was thinking about them even though we live far apart. There was a good variety to choose from and delivery was very quick.

This was a wonderful experience! It was a late night decision for a next day delivery to my sister for her anniversary. Although I made an error with the address, it was suspected and a hazelton rep contacted me first thing in the morning. Sh clarified, had thr address corrected, and the delivery was not hindered. I was very impressed! The quality of the products in the gift basket were excellent and very much enjoyed! Would highly recommend your services and I know who to contact for future gifting! Hazelton's has a great selection of gift options at every price point. The gift baskets/arrangements make me proud to send and are impressive to receive. The ordering process and ability to substitute some items is fantastic. I keep coming back to Hazelton's for any of my work related or personal items!

I placed my order and paid with my CC. About 10 mins later, I received an email stating that I had chosen the etransfer payment method, (which I hadn’t), and that they were waiting for payment. It was after hours, so I couldn’t call but I tried the CS link on their site, which bounced back. I then tried the chat, which was also closed, but provided my details there and hoped for the best. I received an email in the morning that my payment had been received, so I was happy. The order was scheduled to be delivered that day, but it never arrived. I contacted them again but never heard back. The order was delivered one day late. The site looks professional, but this company is anything but. PLEASE PUT YOUR $ and trust elsewhere!

I ordered a kosher gift basket with a few add-ons, including an Aloe Vera plant, as a gift for my son. Almost nothing received was kosher, and about 90% of the items were low-quality replacement substitutes: Wisconsin cheddar instead of aged Havarti cheese, plain water crackers instead of olive oil and sea salt crackers, cheap artificial grape flavor spread instead of wildberry jam, and a $19.99 succulent arrangement instead of the $24.99 Aloe Vera plant ordered. Quality was far below what was advertised. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible company. I decided to order fruit in a beautiful reusable wicker basket. Instead, fruit was delivered on two separate cardboard trays. I paid for the wicker basket, and it was not provided. This is a gift basket company that doesn’t have baskets!? Even though their own delivery driver took a picture of what was left on their doorstep, it was not enough evidence for them to accept responsibility for their subpar product. Also, so funny that they sent out a request for a review, and the button to select giving them only one star service did not work! They don’t even deserve one star. Customer service is zero. They will not correct their error. Reviews are misleading because when you look at the breakdown, the vast majority has given them one star.
