I had to return an item today as it was faulty and honestly I cannot fault the amazing customer service.

I walked away with a brand new replacement.

Also, the store was exceptionally clean.

Just had a new tumble dryer installed. Very good price and very good delivery team/ installers. Very highly recommended

My fridge freezer broke down on a Sunday night when we had a heatwave. I phoned first thing on Monday. They fitted in an extra appointment so the engineer came the same day - as his last call. He needed to order a part, so I phoned on Tuesday morning to ask if they might have a fridge I could borrow. This arrived the same day. Then when the part arrived, I'd already been given a provisional date in the hope that my part arrived on time. My engineer rang and made me his first call of the day and I'm just waiting for it to cool down before I get my frozen food back from friends. A truly excellent service.

Having looked on line at TVs I thought I’d check out Woolacotts. So pleased I did that. I have made my choice with the help of Vicky. Her advice and knowledge helped me decide on my purchase. The delivery and set up charges are reasonable and they deliver tomorrow.

Quite frankly I had given up using the local electric appliance shops as my experience of them was generally very poor. They rarely knew anything about their products and their prices could always be beaten. For the last few years I have almost exclusively bought online, especially living in Cornwall.
However, after being seriously frustrated over the online purchase of a combination microwave, I discovered HBH Woolacotts.
They have turned out to be a Godsend.
They were the only supplier who not only advertised the particular product I wanted but actually had it in stock without a shift in model numbers to sell a different item. The staff were very knowledgeable about the product, willing to provide free next-day delivery in Devon and Cornwall and their price couldn't be beaten.
A business I had never heard of with several branches local to me with fantastic service and prices. What more could I ask for?
This company will be my first port of call for any further electrical appliances I am in search of.

From first contact, through delivery, to receipt of the product we ordered plus resolving a small problem, this company has acted efficiently, professionally and personably. Would use again and definitely recommend as a potential supplier to anyone looking for white goods.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The entire process took less than 24 hours, from receiving expert advice, placing the order, to having my new dishwasher delivered and professionally installed. It's rare to find a company that combines such speed with outstanding customer service.

Went into the plymouth store at the weekend to have a look at TVs due to ours not working suddenly and I know from previous visits that the shop has a great range on show.
The sales person seemed quite knowledgable at first but soon showed himself as just a very pushy saleman.
Tried to tell me it wasn't worth having my current TV repaired, something else would only go wrong with it. When he thought he had on on the hook, he then tried to say that we would need a new bracket because of metal fatigue on our current one.
It's a real shame because the shop is much nicer than the usual big currys, but this type of sales approach has put me off going there again.

Absolutely brilliant service they price matched an item that currys refused to becuase It didnt meet identical terms and conditons even tho another companies terms and conditions were much better than currys own AWKWARD!!
Spoke to a guy called Joe at HBH who gave us all the relevant information and was just very helpful and professional. Will come to HBH for all electrical items in the future without a doubt

Went to Wollacotts superstore in Barnstaple Bank holiday Monday, lovely air conditioning needed in the store needed for the hot weather we have been having. Spoke to. A member of staff called Matt, very knowledgeable and helpful, brought a fan, also a pair of Sonos headphones. Very pleased with the overall service from start to finish, would recommend Woollcott’s highly

Ordered and delivered &fitted next day, fitter’s Adam @ Nick were very polite and helpful removed the old Oven and installed the New Oven cleaned up gave a demo couldn’t have been better

Staff were great don’t hassle you they help you when you need them . They are very informative and nothing to much trouble Joseph was so patient with us as we could not make our mind up but he was great . I would not go anywhere else now .

As always the tireless support from Woolacotts is amazing. We bought a uk made washing machine 20 months ago. It turned out not to be a good buy. There were problems from 3 months in. The engineers (who are kindness itself)have visited several times trying to sort out several problems. They arrived promptly, worked on the machine either at my home or took it back to their workshop. I feel that they truly could have tried no harder. The main problem being that the spin mechanism left cotton item too wet to go straight into the tumble dryer.
Eventually the manufacturer bought the remainder of the warranty from me. The support from Woolacotts staff, I through this process was outstanding.
That continued with buying a replacement machine, the young lady who advised on the choice of machine was knowable and kept me update on the delivery date.
Then, the two gentleman who delivered it to the house were exceedingly good. They were kind, very competent and helpful. Within a short time the machine was fully functional and the old one taken away!
I really doubt that there is a better company selling electrical good anywhere in the country. I would also add that this attitude comes through from senior management down to all their employees.
