Made a claim for one of my children…
Made a claim for one of my children says claim and nal was getting looked at will take up to 5 working days. 3 weeks later still waiting. Had to put it through again.
Plus my first one I done for physiotherapy receipt was no good. Unfortunately the person I go to it's only hand written ones as she works from the house. So less I go to a private one I can't claim it back.

I have repeated problems logging in
I have repeated problems logging in , it continuously tells me my password is wrong so every time I log in I have to set a new one. Next time I try to log in rinse and repeat. It’s ridiculous and time consuming.
