Today, Healthy Pets, which was founded before Google, is an established participant in the £1 billion-plus UK pet insurance market. Based in Petersfield, Hampshire Decades on, the fact that we are a leader in online insurance and know how pet owners think gives Healthy Pets Insurance, as of 2017 part of The Ardonagh Group of companies, a distinct advantage. We talk cats and dogs, and we truly understand that pets really are members of the family. Being internet-based with a team of understanding pet specialists available over the phone, means we can offer high-quality cover at more than competitive prices. Because we are efficient, agile and specialist, and we know pets and their needs from our own experience, Healthy Pets has one of the highest renewal rates in the pet insurance industry because, in our view, whether it's the opening contact or dealing with a complex claim, we know how important it is not just to hear our customers, but to listen to every woof and meow. Couldn’t have been better
Hadn’t heard of this company before and worried I may regret going for one of the cheaper options rather than a well known brand. Our cat got extremely sick and had to undergo various tests and scans and had lots of treatment and amazingly recovered after being on deaths door. Healthy Pets were amazing. All claims were made quickly and without any push back. Really pleasantly surprised and gave us one less thing to worry about during a very stressful time. Thank you!
