Had a good experience talking to Christopher Balcom discussing my account and options to pay my creditors.

I get so scared about the decision I have made for these settlements and every time I talk with a rep from Heartland I feel reassured it's going to be okay now I just pray they are doing what they say and not ripping me off.They are always very pleasant and understanding and knowledgeable

DO NOT USE!!!! This company and staff he have spoken with are a bunch liars and thieves. They act as if you are very important and they know what your going thru and they can help. We contacted to consolidate all of our bills so we can finally buy a house. They took out around $500 a months for over a year. We thought everything was going good and then we started receiving letters and phone call from.ALL out creditors we turned over to Heartland legal group. We contacted company and ALWAYS had to leave message and we’re told they would call back and not once did they. We are being sued so contacted them for help and we were told to go to court and deal with it. And we were told that they need to do that sometimes. Asked to speak to lawyer handling case and were told that we need to speak to litigation team and he replied he was not available then asked 3 times if he was a lawyer and was told no. Receptionist on other line was told he would have person on our account work on the problem. At that point I told I wanted to close account due to breach of contract and employee on line with us that he is going to deal with litigation team and not to close account just yet and give him 24 hours and he would guarantee to call us back and then we can decide. So we did and then I remembered that the money is taken out of my account next day when he was to call. I stopped payment and he never called back the next day. We called the next day and spoke with a different employee and explained what was going on and they never contacted us and we wanted to close account. She didn’t say a word but was quick to close account. They recorded us closing it and never once asked why we were closing it. I now have 3 lawsuits against me and they never ever paid off 1 account. So long story short don’t contact or use this company it is a SCAM and the only thing they are quick on doing is taking money out of your account on same day and time every month. One last thing when we started contacting them because of these issues we were told over and over we need to pay more money. We signed a contract! So, we will go from here.

Kyanah Nichols was very patient and helpful with me regarding my situation and my questions. She was also very caring and kind; She would be someone I would always want to talk to every time I called.

I've been very happy with the support from heartland Legal Group so far. The customer and legal representative's have been very professional, courteous, and have answered any and all questions I have had.

I called today and got to talk with Keesha Parker, she was very helpful and was able to get me some information that should have be communicated to me by another who dropped the ball. after Keesha getting me in touch with a supervisor this will get resolved and fast

Chris did an excellent job helping me with court papers I received today. Hopefully all continues and I can finish my program. Thank you so much.

Spoke to Taitiana Williams a CSR at Heartland Legal Group today and she gave excellent customer service she was both sympathetic and understanding of my problem and quickly resolved my issues

Had the pleasure of talking with a customer service rep named Chelsea Kennedy today. She helped answer every question I had, and answered some I didn’t know I was going to have. If I ever run into a problem I will definitely call back and ask for Chelsea. She is what every customer rep should be!

I thought I was going to be in a financial mess for the rest of my life, but Heartland has really worked it out where I will be out of this in the very near future. Thank you all so much for helping me because it has changed my outlook on my finances going forward and has taught me (again) not to jump on anything because it looks good because you will pay for that later. Never again! :o) Heart Imoji!

This company is PREDATORY!!! DO NOT USE! My elderly mother set up with Heartland Legal Group to consolidate and pay her bills, she has been paying them monthly and is receiving notices from her credit card companies that they are filing collections and threatening to sue. She called the credit card companies and found out that in the 9 months she hired Heartland NONE OF HER BILLS have been addressed, or paid!!! They literally have done NOTHING to help her, just collected her money.

Kesha Parker provided great customer service today. She ensured she did all she could and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. She even followed through on her word and called me back for an update. I greatly appreciate her. Thanks Kesha you rock!

Chelsea Kennedy helped me with an issue I hope this time it’s fixed she was very kind and very patient and we went through everything and she was very thorough I liked her it was a good experience

I became disabled and forced into retirement early. I was unable to pay my debts since my income drastically decreased. So I turned my credit card debt and a personal loan over to Heartland Legal Group for a 42 month debt forgiveness program. I’ve only been in the program for 9 months and they’ve already negotiated & settled 2 of my debts. One of them was the largest debt I owed. They have excellent customer service. I highly recommend Heartland Legal Group to anyone who needs someone who they can trust to negotiate for them to get their debts lowered & get out of debt quickly.

This company is a bunch of thieves! Paid them $4,500 over the course of 9 months and they got 1 settlement out of the 3 creditors I enrolled in their program. I removed the other 2 and resolved them myself in 15 minutes. Then in December I paid them $2,300 more to pay off the rest of the one account I still had with them in full. It's now 2 months later and every time I talk to someone they assure me they are going to pay the account off in full and then the next time I call they tell me the money hasn't been sent to the creditor. Debt consolidation is a massive scam and Heartland Legal group has been dishonest with me every step of the way all just to continue charging me fees and stealing my money instead of helping me rebuild my credit like they claim to do.
