Brought a skirt,I'm normally a size 12/14 so got large,14,it's more like a 10 couldn't fasten it,really disappointed as I love the fabric,pattern and style of the skirt 😥.

HellBunny is always a treat! Been a loyal customer for years and I’m never disappointed!
Their sizing is true to size and the quality of the garments is unmatched -I wish my 10 years old clothes could talk!
I rarely had an issue regarding an order I placed, but once I was expecting a dress prior to an event and I was worried there’d be a delay and their customer service was absolutely perfect. They helped me and looked into my query: needless to say, I got my parcel a couple of days before the scheduled delivery!

I’ve literally been a Hell Bunny customer since I was 14 and their clothes are still beautiful, unique and excellent quality, with reliable sizing, fast delivery and great customer service. I especially love their beautiful vintage styles which I can even wear to work in my office job.

Love this brand for Plus size alternative options, the site is easy to navigate, delivery is quick and the quality of the fabric and the fit of their clothing... gorgeous. They have such a great range of fabric prints as well! I just wish that they had all the options up to a size 6XL!

I absolutely love the mixture of styles you can get from this place and every single item I’ve purchased so far (approx 20 items in the last 20 years!) has lasted.

I love their inclusivity and I still own a mini pink plaid skirt from my early 20’s, which is testament to the quality of the products.

I saw a post below about a coat being faulty. I’ve had coats from Hell Bunny for years and not had a single fault. If you take care of them and buy your right size, then seams shouldn’t be splitting!

Hell Bunny makes wonderful clothes. Been shopping with them for my partner for many years. Recently I needed to order internationally to a hotel as we are travelling and Hell Bunny were very helpful in sorting this out for me. Everything arrived as expected. Great Service! Highly recommended.

Hellbunny is that perfect mix of alternative/retro. After rediscovering the brand around a year ago via social media, can safely say over a third of my vast wardrobe is their clothing. And I genuinely feel my best in one of their outfits!
In addition to great clothes, they have amazing customer support, and a brilliant tiktok channel where you get to see the clothing on someone, and ask questions.
I also love that the website shows various models of all sizes wearing the clothes so you get a true idea of what it will look like!

I'm still in love with brand after many items ordered and even being lucky enough for a make over I can't fault them enough!

Very poor quality. I purchased 2 quite expensive coats in February 2024, both one size larger than necessary, but my wife’s coat seams came undone within 3 months. I didn’t tell them immediately due to health issues and my wife couldn’t because she is blind, but the photos are dated. But the Hell Bunny team said it was normal wear and tear! After 3 months! I don’t think so! It’s poor quality garments that are massively overpriced. This is evident from the other feedback and the overall feedback for 1 star being the most feedback received.
Go to a supermarket as their clothing is way better and way cheaper
No doubt Hell Bunny will respond by saying they gave a £15 refund as a gesture of goodwill, but that doesn’t compensate for overpriced poor quality clothing

Hell Bunny refused to accept that the coat was substandard after only 3 months of occasional use when it quite clearly is. Their stitching is of poor quality. They sell overpriced cheap nasty products and don’t deserve to be in business. Look at their feedback. It says it all. The highest feedback score is the 1 star! That’s a lot of unhappy customers and yet they think it’s ok to continue selling rubbish

They are trying to remove this feedback because it tells the truth

The customer service is second to none!
I moved house since my last purchase with them and I accidentally clicked my old address for delivery, I realised as soon as I clicked to pay.
I emailed their customer services straight away to see if there was any chance to adjust the delivery address before dispatch and the wonderful Harmony sorted this out straight away to ensure that my parcel arrived to the correct address and updated me with my new tracking information.
A lot of companies wouldn't have done this as it was my error and i would have had to either try to locate the parcel, wait for it to be returned or accept that I would have to pay out again as it was my fault, but not with Harmony and Hell bunny they truly value their customers and it shows!

My daughter is off to uni soon and needed a whole new wardrobe. She prefers retro, but cool, alternative styles. Thought Hellbunny would tick all the boxes. Placed a large order that arrived very quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the items we’ve received! The size XS fitted perfectly, the cut is amazing and the quality of the fabric is really good. The tops and dresses give this cool young vibe, they look even better in real life than on their website. Awaiting the new collection now, so we can order more!

Outstanding customer service! I placed an order and immediately realised I’d made an error. I emailed the customer service team and they cancelled my order in less than 90 minutes and arranged for a refund. Harmony was fabulous and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Items are excellent quality and good sizing, and are always sent quickly.

I never have issues with Hellbunny they are always so helpful, kind and responsive. Their clothing is unique and high quality, they’re so size inclusive and offer great deals.
Cannot speak highly enough of them, Harmony in particular is a trooper and so lovely to speak to.

I was very excited to recieve my order from hellbunny however when it arrived I was extremely disappointed, firstly the sizes were massive for what I ordered (medium) they looked almost L/XL, secondly the quality of the material was disgusting to touch, very thin and not worth the cost! I returned the items at a cost of £5.99. They have not refunded me shipping costs and I've had to pay more to send them back. The customer service team don't seem to care much either. Not worth it at all I would definitely avoid buying anything from this site.

I was wanting some reassurance about sizing as I am usually an M/ L and Harmony assured on on social media that the sizing would be a perfect fit :) the dress arrived today and I am in love!!
