Excellent products - great customer service
Despite an initial picking error sending a used return, Herschel responded quickly, arranged a replacement and offered a complimentary patio heater as compensation. The whole process was professional, transparent, and efficient. I'm happy to recommend Herschel based on the standard of customer service I received.
The Select S3 heater is my second quality product from Herschel. I am delighted with it.

Delivery issues because of wrong customer care process
I called asking to postopone the shipping of my order and it was confirmed, however goods were anyway shipped and delivered while I was on holiday. It was difficult for me to manage goods collection. Next time please ensure that process is handled properly

When I questioned this I was told it was simple to rewire!!

Great quality product
I wasn’t sure which model to order so called and received product guidance which was really helpful. Web site easy to navigate and the heater arrived a few days later. Easy to assemble and gives off plenty of heat. Thank you

After more than 5 years, my infrared mirror broke. The store where I bought it no longer existed. That's why I contacted Herschel Infrared Ltd. They arranged a free new one for me in a short time.
