Arrived in good time, fitted easily and performs well. Altogether a high quality, hi tech piece of thing. What's not to like?

The company was ok it was the California patio heater with the cable which had two connection which the bottom one keeps disconnecting when you try two adjust the pole.
Should of been just one connection

The delivery was pretty crazy. The guy just left it outside. Seems risky for a 500 quid thing.

Purchased via a 3rd party. No issues with the purchase or delivery.

Heaters are great, aftercare/warranty not so much and where they loose stars.

Received a faulty thermostat, which has been replaced. Great.

However they won’t take responsibility for the additional fees I’ve now had to pay to have the unit checked - at their request - and then replaced by my electrician. (Which would not have happened had the unit been working 100%). And also now have an additional higher charge on my electric bill, as the fault caused the temperature to never read correctly and therefore never switch off. (Again a fee that would not have incurred had this been working properly.)

So beware of this, that while a warranty looks good, the additional fees you may incur if the goods have any issue, they will wash their hands of.

Great looking piece of kit went up no problem, what is a really practical solution to the small shower room or ensuite. It's got a nice light and the under light is great, fantastic, really pleased.

Herschel agreed to undertake a test & repair to my infra red heater. Sent it off and provided a quote for repair [water in connection & switch]. Reasonably priced. Good communication throughout. Returned within two weeks. All working. Perfect.

Very high quality infrared heaters. Provides good heat up to around 4/5m away, bit less if it’s windy. Mine are installed outside on a pergola. Only had them a few weeks, but still perfect condition.

Great project. We will be back for more when we test out what winters like.

Expensive products without the lasting quality. 2 products I have bought from this company have failed to live up to the standard you would expect for the price paid.

These infra red heaters are highly effective. I have already had one Herschel infra red heater for 6 years and had added 3 more in the past month.
