Always good communication when dealing with Herschel , other companies could learn from them.A few problems with the new website but that’s down to me having used the old one many times and not being up to speed with the new one.

Speedy reliable delivery. The third Herschel unit I have installed. With a good deal of measuring, off-set calculation and spirit levels, the unit hangs precisely in the middle of the space between two windows. I have kept my measurements with the instructions, just in case. I did wonder whether a simple template (perhaps in cardboard) could be included to ensure appropriate location? Maybe also a note to the effect that that the embossed arrows do not indicate the offset of the centre point of fixing? Still despite my suggestions, still 5*.

Sorry this review is so late!! We saw the panels in the Bristol showroom and had really honest, unbiased demonstrations of the heating panels and pricing, even advised against their top of range due to the age of our property! Had them delivered with no hassle, installed by our local electrician and had a wonderfully warm winter. Cost was a lot cheaper than our old economy 7 hot air system that only charged up once a day… all day heating for less money, perfect! Everyone comments on how good they look too, ours are ceiling mounted.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and quick response to a technical problem I was having with the website. The company ensured that I still received next day delivery.

Our second purchase from Herschel as we refit our home with infrared panels and remove our failing microbore central heating radiators. We were so pleased with our original Herschel heaters purchased 2 years ago, we did not hesitate to return to the website for our next purchase. The website is easy to use, the product choices are varied, delivery is super fast and customer service excellent. We used the same electrician to install all heaters and he is impressed with them too. 5 stars!!

Super products, efficient and warm, next gen heating. I’ve bought an outdoor and indoor heater so far and both are great. Also great is the after sales service from Kelly: fast, responsive and friendly. Will not hesitate to by from Herschel again.

The company went way beyond the call of duty to track down part of an order which had got lost in transit.

The entire experience of dealing with this company is first rate. The only reservation I have, and it is probably due to my reluctance to read the small print, is that I had the impression that is was a totally 'British Made' product only to find upon receipt that it had been assembled in China.

I have bought a bathroom infrared panel fro Herschel before and have been very pleased. I recently bought a free standing infrared panel which unfortunately went pop after using it only 3 times. Also the feet that attach to the panel to make it freestanding were not very stable. The team at Herschel were very helpful, efficient and professional, they arranged for the collection of the heater very promptly and also a refund. I would buy from Hershel again if I decided to go with full infrared heating.

Great product, easy installation and works well

Hardware is fine. I will not create a SmartLife account. The app asks for name, address, email, location and even wants access to a microphone (all this for an infrared heater). There is no encryption of data. No explanation of what my data will be used for. No guarantee that my details won’t be sold to a third party. Until Herschel develop their own secure app I won’t be buying any more of their great products. Such a pity.

Very good heat lamp, and having assembled it and turned it on, the output is amazing and instantly warming. Only slight niggle, the picture showing how to assemble it for the stand was missing from the box, and the book had microscopic pictures that when enlarged, pixellate out so you cannot see what it shows. Turns out to be very simple to put together, and works well. Only reason for not giving 5 stars. The person on the help line replied in under two minutes with the missing pictures, which is excellent customer service.

Great quality

We now have two heaters. A free standing for our lounge and a towel heater in the bathroom. They provide a lovely heat and are very easy to use. We plan to use these to heat the whole house in time. Delivery and comms from Herschel all good. Please do consider Herschel for energy efficient and human health efficient heating for your space!

The heater itself is brilliant, very happy with it. Bad point the instructions are next to useless and offer no help whatsoever.

The heaters are working well and support from Kelly in the office was also helpful.
Not five stars as i had problems with the delivery, fedex delivered my panels and forgot to bring the package with the plugin controllers with them so had to come back on another day with them.
Another issue i have been having is with the app the panels work with called SmartLife, it gives me a white screen and crashes on some days when i try to access control of my panels. It has done this twice so far and then come back to life the following day. i have reported both to them through the app but received no response so don't know if they fixed it or it just started working again
