We needed heaters which would nt look out of place in a 15th century Chapel. The black finish blends in well. Ordering and arranging delivery were straightforward.

Started off brilliantly bought 9 ceiling ones in white after a couple of years they start discolouring 5 years in one of the largest ones just stops working altogether.got intouch with HERCSHEL they said just give it a wipe lol just stay away if you want white ones. From a beautiful smoke free property with now yellow ceiling panels

The support provided has been fantastic. Our rooms are not traditional in height and layout so it was difficult deciding which heaters, kWh's, placement etc. The sales team at Herschel has been available to talk through all the issues and concerns. They also handled delivery to Ireland, making sure they got through a small hiccup with Customs and making sure that we got them on time. All items were packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. They have not been fitted yet. One of the reasons for choosing Herschel infrared was the option to connect them to solar panels. I have been really impressed and would recommend Herschel to friends and family!

Not sure who’s writing these reviews, but every studio I talk to has had issues, after buying the heaters, they broke three different times each time after a few days of being installed which then I had to pay for an electrician to take them out and reinstall them three times. After the months of not having heat in my hot yoga studio and having to pay electricians multiple times to come in and fix a default part, I should’ve gotten half off or more! These were brand new heaters. The thermostat is junk and I can never turn it on from my house. It always goes back to a manual mode. They are the most expensive heaters I’ve ever had and regret buying them. It’s very scary buying a product and not having anybody to work on them. That knows the systems. It’s all done through emails and phone calls and completely exhausting.
After spending almost $10,000 on four heaters with repairs, etc. they still don’t work properly. Looks like I’m going to have to eat that cost and try to find something that is more reliable.

Great advice from the sales team. Unfortunately one part of the order was damaged in transit however the support replaced this. Would highly recommend Herschel Infrared LTD.
