I saw Debbie in the Clacton branch. She was very friendly and made it clear what she was doing every step of the way. The treatment doesn’t take long and I left being able to hear clearly again. Would recommend going here. They also had a special offer on for both ears cleaned for £50 so that was great. 😊

The hearing test very through everything explained in detail from beginning to end and helpful explaning all the issues concerning my hearing which made me make the right decision concerning my hearing brilliant very satisfied Gordon was brilliant and very understanding

i wanted to bring forward my annual review as I had a problem with hearing on my right side, and I was fitted in within two days. Colin, who conducted my review, acted in a very friendly and efficient manner and gave me a full hearing test. My aids were adjusted and full hearing restored.

Only had one visit but will do a survey on next visit in a fortnight

You were very welcoming. The lady on reception was wonderful. . Offering me a tea or coffee.. The gentleman who did the tests was reassuring, polite and kind.. A very nice place to visit. Very helpful.

It is always a pleasure to visit Hidden Hearing as the receptionist Michelle is very friendly and helpfu and the Audiologist is very competent, interested and takes his time to listen and to explain each stage of the consultation

I had previously spent a fair bit of time trying to book in for Ear Microsuction with the other well known “high-street” names. They either didn’t have someone in post or qualified to do it (I previously had grommets and therefore they said they couldn’t do it). I then stumbled across Hidden Hearing which didn’t have either of these issues…

The practitioner Debbie was great - Professional, friendly and informative. Has a love and passion for her job, making the experience for me feel much more personable and relaxing.

It was smooth process from start to finish and I would highly recommend to anyone in the Tendring area who is looking at having micro suction.

I went to the Clacton on Sea branch, very helpful, I am disabled and found easy to attend as they have a ramp to the door, parking outside also. Everyone was very friendly.

Amazing experience this morning!
I’ve been for wax removal at Specsavers before & it felt like a conveyor belt.
This was totally different, everything explained fully, ears examined inside & out, wax removal done & then a hearing test.
And, there was a promotional offer on of half price treatment, bonus!
I would honestly say, the service I received today, from the ease of parking, to the welcoming reception area to Debbie who carried out the procedure, what a welcome relief
10/10 for a wonderful experience & I will be recommending to all!
