Colin and team were amazing and quick at changing my tyres very friendly and nothing is too much trouble thanks would defo recommend

The service is excellent and has been ever since we started using HiQ Bedford many years ago. MOT and service today, plus set of new tyres. All carried out to a high standard and priced exactly as they said. The customer service is great. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable (today we were served by Colin, and the mechanic was Nick).

Booked the car in to have all four tyres replaced. The process was extremely quick and efficient.

Colin and Nick were brilliant. Everything explained well and no problems.
Always use them and recommend them to family and friends.

Colin and Ant at Bedford HiQ were so helpful after I got a flat tyre when travelling from a funeral I had attended to the wake and quickly changed tyre to a new one so I could get back to the family wake.

I had a great experience here with the staff, especially Colin. All very professional, polite and answered any questions honestly. Quality of work first class. It's so refreshing to be treated like a valued customer even though this was the first time I've used HiQ. I will definitely be using again.

OVERPRICED MOT, avoid this HIQ Tyres & Autocare shop on Goldington Road. If you are prepared to spend over £700 on a new car that is 6 years old, it has never had a MOT failure, we were pressured by them to do the service. Service that did not exist. Stay away from this place or you will be pleasantly surprised. They think they cheated us, but not at all, my brother in law is a mechanic and when he checked they did nothing to the car and got another car without doing anything. BEDFORD people Be very careful with this garage.

Pricing and availability of a variety of tyres within different budgets was competitive. The service received was second to none. I'd hit a pothole and damaged a tyre the night before (modern cars being what they are, no spare available). I ordered a replacement tyre online and rang the centre the next morning to confirm the details had gone through, I also explained that it would be just the wheel I would be bringing in. I was told the time slot scheduled (4pm). I arrived a few minutes early and was met in the car park by one of the technicians who took the wheel from me and asked me to check in with the office. I entered, gave my details, paid the advertised price and was back on my way again within just a few short minutes (with the technician going to the trouble of bringing my newly tyred wheel back out to the car and placing it in the boot). Service and pricing was great - I'll definitely be using HiQ Bedford in the future!

Colin and his team offer 5 star service from booking in through welcoming you into branch to handing your vehicle back to you once the work is completed.

I’d never go anywhere else

I visited the HiQ Bedford Centre for a MOT and few repairs, and I could not be happier with the service I experienced. The work which was required was explained to me, and I found the prices to be more than fair. I would especially like to mention the great treatment I received by Colin and Ash. Both guys are very knowledgeable, and could not have been more helpful. I will definitely use this HiQ Centre in the future.

Extremely friendly and excellent service at the Bedford location. They did the work so thoroughly, making sure everything was okay and putting extra effort in. The service was incredible from the front desk to the workshop- so helpful and knowledgeable. Could not recommend this place enough 10/10 would give more stars if I could.

First class service from Colin and the team - rapid ordering of my specific tyres and speedy fitting . Telephone notification of arrival (same day) and characteristically expert advice and friendly service. I won’t go anywhere else for tyres.

I booked a 25 point check for my car on line giving my two preferred dates. I received the automated acknowledgement saying that they would be in touch to confirm which was their preferred date. Unfortunately that was the last I ever heard from them. So a future customer living just a mile from their centre lost to another more caring
garage locally.

Although their reply says that the matter was resolved yesterday I must add that at no point in time have they been in contact with me either by telephone or by email. So who they resolved the matter with remains a mystery, as it
certainly was not me.
I am pleased to confirm that this matter has now been resolved and an offer of a free MoT later in the year has been made.

Used HiQ a number of times now, always very reliable and friendly. Good range of options and a very easy to use booking system. Highly recommend.

Darren. I was a damsel in distress and needed urgent help with a new tyre and didn’t have a lock and wheel nut. The service received here is honestly the best I have ever had having lived in Bedford my whole life. Thank you so much Team HiQ Bedford for getting me back on the road within a day despite challenges with no lock and wheel nut etc. Legends! Many thanks from the lady with the blue ford focus!

Needed some new tyres for my car recently and having used HiQ Bedford previously it seemed only logical to return there. Quick, efficient , honest and reliable .
