Don’t use this company especially at Bexhill. Del the manager lies to people and wouldn’t trust him to do my car at all!!! And the company doesn’t even respond to complaints and I’m now considering taking legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Attended and had two tyres fitted. Given a very competitive price on website. Then realised I needed two more tyres. Everything went smoothly, Dell was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend.

Do not use them if they are anything like the bexhill centre. The manager lies and do not respond to their emails. Do not use them!!

Used HI Q Tyres Ninfield (East Sussex) depot for the first time after hitting a pot hole and causing a split tyre.
The technician, Dell, was very friendly and helpful and ran through the different price/quality tyre options. After deciding on a mid-price range tyre Dell fitted it. The whole process took 15 minutes. The depot is easy to find, next to the Ninfield petrol station on the roundabout by the King Arms pub/restaurant. The waiting area is clean and spacious with a TV and free drinks dispenser. I will definitely use this depot again.

Dropped in for puncture repair on daughter's car. Del was very friendly and efficient and checked car. Highly recommend. Prices good too. Will be my new 'go to' tyre centre.

Spoke to Del yesterday about 2 replacement tyres. He got them ordered and fitted them this morning. Really friendly chap and great service. My car was filthy but he didn't complain! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their tyres fitted properly and can't praise Del highly enough. Good job.

What a remarkable tyre depot, Adel was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The tyre prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this particular tyre depot with their service and the pricing, which is second to none.

Excellent service from Del. Had a nail in the tyre. Del gave me 3 good options for a new tyre after reviewing the damaged tyre. Quickly fitted the new tyre. Will happily return to the Ninfield Battle East Sussex branch. Thanks very much.

Excellent service from Del! Had a persistent slow leak from one tyre, took it in unannounced and he sorted it there and then. Reground the wheel, resealed the tyre and rebalanced the wheel for a very reasonable price. Very glad to have him near by, thanks again Del!

This was my first time as a customer of HIQ Bexhill but it certainly won't be my last and I would be happy to recommend them to my family and friends. They were helpful, efficient and very friendly. A modern business that is laced with 'old fashion' personal customer service.Thank you!

What a great pair of blokes. Had an Allen key somehow manage to get itself buried deep into the nearly new tyre on my Ducato based campervan, which doesn't have a spare for obvious weight saving reasons. Phoned and they advised not to use the temporary repair kit supplied as the tyre would probably be ruined, thus saving me a fair bit as these are BIG tyres, and I was just about to do it!
They came out to me, removed the wheel, took it back for repair and brought it back and fitted it in unbelievably record time, and all for a very reasonable price.

Adel & Mo were the staff that looked after me at Ninfield. The were helpful, efficient & professional they explained all that they were doing and gave me the print out after my tracking was done, that’s a first for me. They have good people skills and certainly care about customer satisfaction.

Visited HiQ Bexhill this morning after an accident with a bollard, front tyre destroyed and had to be replaced. The service was FANTASTIC! Efficient, polite, professional and speedy. Only took 15 minutes. Highly recommended
