All good, car booked in for MOT, all done and dusted in an hour.

I booked my MOT at HiQ Burton on Trent after being recommended by a friend.
Arriving just over 30 minutes early I was welcomed by Russ (??) who explained everything I needed and was very personable and professional.
The MOT was completed by ‘Peggy’ who also spoke directly to me afterwards. A big change from other centres.
The waiting area was very open, light, comfortable and clean.
Very efficient and clean professional operation.

Having been let down by a local garage,the manager shuffled his workload around to fit me in on the same day, replaced the pads,discs and one caliper ,price was spot on as well as the mechanics/fitters.....collectively a brilliant team . .....really good experience 10out of 10 from me..

Staff are always friendly and polite and are happy to help on same day if you have a problem, prices are always cheaper than the main dealership garages and are happy to get you the best deal without compromising on parts

Warm and welcoming reception area. Friendly, polite and competent staff. Immediate action to look at the issue, which was a nail in the tyre, luckily only needed a repair.
Great communication when repair was done.
Vehicle check completed. No pushy sales info.
