Excellent customer service! Had panic moment thinking my battery needed replacing so visited HiQ cannock as I’d recently had an MOT there. I was looked after and felt like my car had a good health check- I’d highly recommend and will definitely be going back for future car work. 10/10

Broken locking wheel nut key
Awful experience. Not only were they not expecting me, they advised not fitting the tyre I correctly ordered to my car, so was forced to order an alternative.
Also broke my locking wheel nut key, said they are a wear item! Not received my replacement either.
Customer services emailed with no reply!
