I booked this garage for a tyre fitting
I booked this garage for a tyre fitting, nice friendly staff ,drove in and the job was all complete in under a hour which was excellent. No fuss . Would definitely use this garage again.

A bright warm welcome and an ethusiasm to assist put me at ease straight away. Not knowing about car tyres and having had a troublesome slow puncture for some time (getting worse) had been reluctant to seek help. Turns out my inner tyre rim had become misaligned (I blame potholes) and as a first step, repair carried out. First class all round. THANK YOU !!!!!

Highly disappointed with this company. The manager was rude and obnoxious. I paid for a service and thet didn't sort the issue. I will never use them again

Unsatisfactory service and spoken to in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner
I regret to state that I am unable to recommend HiQ Tyres & Autocare Erdington.
On three separate occasions, I have experienced unsatisfactory service and have been spoken to in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Based on these repeated interactions, there appear to be concerns regarding organisation and customer service standards.
Despite raising these issues, I was made to feel as though I was at fault, which was both inappropriate and unacceptable. Given the frequency and consistency of these experiences, I have decided not to use this service again.

Called up HiQ at 2pm and spoke to the centre manager, I had a slow puncture… he arranged to have the tyre collected and got me in at 4pm to change it over!

I visited with a problem with my screen…
I visited with a problem with my screen washers. I was expecting to have the motor replaced. However all it needed was a clean out.
I'm delighted.
The guys were extremely helpful too.
