We were assured the vehicle had been thoroughly serviced and was very capable to tour France. 5 days into the trip a warning ENGINE FAULT appeared on the dashboard screen. Diagnostic testing revealed abnormal Engine Control Module and Safety and Gateway Module ie. a severely damaged engine (oil pump dysfunction, timing chain, inlet camshaft angle offset).
I am bewildered that these faults were not identified at a full service!

Was greeted with friendliness and that made me feel completely at ease. Didn't try to baffle me with science, explained what I needed to know and had a laugh as I was leaving! Great bunch of guys

Very good experience. Had my Air con gas done for a very competitive price. Works perfectly after and very quick and easy. Very friendly people.

I contacted them in the morning as I’d noticed the previous afternoon that my car’s aircon had stopped blowing cold air. We were at the start of a heatwave so I was keen to get it working asap. They gave me an appt that afternoon. They ran diagnostics and luckily my 10 year old car had just run out of the gas and there were no leaks. I was very pleased with the fast and efficient turnaround, friendliness, knowledge and reasonable cost.

The guys at HiQ are very accommodating and very welcoming. Karl on the front desk was super friendly and able to help me out with scheduling me in last minute. Have been to a few garages over the years and always feel like the guys at HiQ look out for people’s best interest, never trying to score a quick buck
