Excellent service as always. Good staff and helpful advice.

From start to finish I couldn’t ask for a better service - I rang up with a flat tyre Ashley was on the case straight away to see if they had one in stock - he then rang his fitter to see if he could do it today - Ashley then rang me back to say yes he would be with me within the hour - true to his word his fitter was there and flat tyre all sorted within the hour. Couldn’t praise them all enough one very satisfied customer thankyou would highly recommend.

My brother recommended HiQ Kings Lynn after I acquired a flat tyre after a long journey away from home through the night.
They didn't have my tyre in stock but were happy to tell me exactly where I could go to get a new tyre that was ready and waiting for me, at another local company. Really appreciate the help with this as didn't want to be without my car over the weekend.

Popped in this morning to get front wheels balanced…bit of vibration on the motorway yesterday…bad news however… left front wheel slightly buckled!.very nice man explained everything and said no charge!!..so it’s off to Volvo to price up a new wheel..

Just been to HiQ in Kings Lynn and had fantastservice. We’d hired a mobility vehicle to take my mother in law’s wheelchair and had a warning light come on. Two local tyre pressure pumps failed to work properly so we sought out a tyre specialist. Found HiQ and I’m so grateful we did! They sorted out the problem and got us back on the road in no time. Really impressed! Thank you HiQ!

Fantastic customer service, rapid repair done. Thought I had to have a tyre replaced but they advised it was a puncture repair so saved me money, but also made sure my car was safe. Been here a few times and can't praise them enough - great service every time. Shout out to Jason on the front desk and Dan the technician for their great work.

I dropped My car in today, Because it was showing a red warning light with regard to a flat tyre. I dropped it off and explained the scenario, to find out that in short it was a faulty error code and there was no flat tyre. It was quickly and professionally sorted on the same day. I would highly recommend!

Well I booked my tyre renewal on line on a Sunday with an afternoon slot for the following Tuesday,I was then left a message on my phone with a time slot that suited me and everything went accordingly well!
