Tyres were at a good price and the staff were very friendly.
Good choice of fitting times. Nice waiting area with toilets, coffee, etc.

New tyres were fitted and tracking adjusted per what I paid for. What I did not pay for was the backing plate to my brake to be damaged when the wheel was removed, and subsequently have to be taken off as it was causing a rattling noise when driving. When I returned to the garage to query the noise, I was met with a patronising attitude and made out to be a liar that the noise had only started after the tyres were fitted.
If a little more care had been taken when removing the wheels, this would not have happened.
If you are female, I would recommend sending a man with your car as I highly doubt they will be met with the same attitude as I was. I won't be back.

Two cars had service and MOT, then one car had front shock absorber replaced. Just had four tyres replaced. On each occasion, service and attention to detail was excellent. Well done to HiQ Lanark.

I selected 4 new tyres and an oil change and made a booking online. The process was simple on the Hi-Q web site. The day before my booking, I was informed by text that my tyres had arrived at the branch. On the day of my appointment, my car was worked on immediately. I am delighted with all aspects of the service and will definitely use again.

Recently had my timing belt replaced by the team at Lanark HiQ. Great staff and service as usual. Work booked in, car dropped off and called when ready. I've been a customer for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the good work Claire.

Entirely competent and good value for money

Terrible company. Untrustworthy, MOT tester in particular I wouldn't trust. If you've got an issue, they don't want to know about it or rectify it.

Also have a friend whose alloys they scraped recently installing tyres. Again, unwilling to rectify.

You'd think an MOT would be the least likely thing they could be useless at but you'd be wrong.

I have used HiQ Lanark ML11 9BG for the past 20 years for all my servicing/MOTs/repairs etc for our cars and for problems with cars of visitors.
I rate their service as excellent and they are trustworthy and I have never had any issues with workmanship . They always strive to diagnose and sort a problem as quickly as possible. Communication is very good. Their prices are fair and reasonable.Highly recommend.
