These guys are amazing. Thats 3 times they fixed my Tesla (when no one else round here deals with them), saving me a trip to the Tesla depot in Manchester and a few bob in the process.

The whole process from booking to collecting is so easy and stress free. You are kept upto date with any changes or any work that needs doing and all options are explained to you. The staff are all super helpful and the most important thing is knowing you can trust them. I never feel blindsided, everything is clear. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

An excellent garage. Honest, reliable and very professional. My car recently needed some work doing (weldjng) following an MOT. The car was booked in quickly and the work was carried out efficiently. The staff are all great.- friendly, knowledgeable and don't make ne feel stupid!! A brilliant garage

Yeah these guys caused more damage to my car than before it went in. Now i have 0 handbrake and plastic panels hanging off underneath.

Had two headlight bulbs fitted, ordered in and sorted within the hour on a Saturday.
Had already been to a different garage and Halfords and both couldn’t do them!

After having the alloys on my Porsche refurbished and having brand new tyres fitted I started experiencing vibrations through the steering. I gave the guys at HiQ Lancaster a call and they said I could bring it in to have them checked over. The car is my pride and joy so they were very careful at jacking it up and listened to my queries. It turned out one of the wheels was out of balance so after they fitted balanced both wheels and added new weights I was on my way within 30 mins. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Thanks HiQ Lancaster, I will be back.

I attended Halton at 4pm on a Friday evening in need of two new tyres on a works vehicle. They sourced me two the next morning so it was sorted within 12 hours. Wonderful service! Lovely and helpful! Would recommend for anyone x
