The staff was friendly, fast and helpful.The price was very reasonable and there was coffee while you wait, which was very much appreciated at the early appointment. Will definitely use them again :)

I have visited HiQ Bellsquarry, Livingston on many occasions over the last few months, at the weekend I had to get the car recovered to HiQ due to tyre issues, the car was dropped off Sunday evening and by the time I phoned called into the branch early Monday morning the tyres were ordered and on their way, Alyssa at the reception desk is an absolute credit to Hi Q and bends over backwards to assist customers, and Mark the technician completed the job professionally and on time, being a self employed driving instructor it's important he car is in tip top condition at all times and of course fit for purpose which all staff at HiQ Livingston have contributed to, I would highly recommend HiQ Livingston to anyone looking for a service like this, amazing service

Not too long a wait for 2 tyres replaced and wheel adjustment. You can wait in the reception with wifi, coffee, magazines and TV playing. Good price and will be back.

Just paid my 2nd visit to Hi-Q for another tyre, plus new wipers. Fitted 2 days after booking online. Great service, waiting area was just fine, but I didn’t have to wait too long anyway. Excellent service. Two front tyres replaced at a very competitive price. Unusual size so had to be ordered specially, they arrived within 24 hours of my on-line order and I was notified. Ready and waiting for my appointment and fitted quickly. Lovely friendly staff and coffee for me as I waited.

Went in to have 3 new tyres fitted. Told when available and also booked a slot. Whole job took less than an hour and reception staff, spot on. Helped when front and rear tyres needed traking. Happy with level of service.
