I’ve been coming to HiQ Garage in Shrewsbury for years now, and once again they’ve delivered outstanding service. I recently had my car in for a service and, as always, I couldn’t fault a thing.

Stuart is absolutely brilliant at what he does, he manages everything so well. Even when they’re clearly busy, the team always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to help. They’re fantastic with customers, and even make a real effort with the kids when they come along for drop-offs and collections, which makes a big difference.

They genuinely couldn’t do more for us. I’ll definitely remain a loyal customer and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and professional garage.

HiQ have looked after my cars for a number of years and have always given me excellent service. The current manager solved a tricky problem last year showing skill, intelligence and excellent customer service. As a woman I have always felt vulnerable taking my cars to garages, worrying that I would be taken advantage of. This is not the at the Shrewsbury branch of HiQ. I have checked their quotes and they are always competitive and I trust them implicitly. They treat me with respect, are efficient and fair and do an excellent job. What more could I ask for? I recommend them whole heartedly.

My local and trusted dealer for years now. Always a great customer experience, Stuart and his team have always been superb in maintenance of vehicles in our family , very accommodating even though the team is always booked out . Happy to recommend them , and always do.

My booking hasn't come through but the guys still accommodated my MOT, quickly, efficiently, with no fuss.
Unfortunately the mot failed on tyres, but they ordered the tyres for the next morning, fitted, re tested and passed...

Had two front tyres fitted today! Great price and fitted quickly despite being busy. Been using HiQ for around ten years now for MOT’s, Services, replacement tyres and other repairs. Great team! Will not go anywhere else!
