Excellent experience. Were able to repair my tyre after it got damaged even though they were closing up for the day. Excellent knowledge and very friendly, will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I had confused my booking date and arrived a day late. I was made to feel welcome and no fuss was made of my mistake. I also enjoyed watching the fitters do the job.

Professionally welcomed. Explained the situation, straight away booked me in making sure the time was suitable. Arrived greeted felt at ease with ehat was wrong they sorted the problem. All made so easy and simple no faffing. Definitely would recommend and will definitely go back.

Arrived at designated time having pre-arranged supply of tyre. Staff were curtious & very helpful. Left within 15 mins job completed- excellent service.

At very short notice HiQ here in Stamford was able to fit two new tyres on our car. The manager explained that his observation of what tyres he sold most of meant that he tried to keep certain sizes in stock and luckily for us HiQ had the tyres we needed. The whole job was done quickly and efficiently by a professional team.

Managed to replace 2 tyres at short notice, within 1 hour.

Disappointed. Tyers ordered on Wednesday, booked in for Friday. Arrive Friday and the wrong tyers have been delivered. Re booked for Monday, arrive Monday and no tyers delivered at all. Staff said I wasn't the first one that day that this happened to. Won't be going back.

I sent an email on the 18th march about some work I needed doing on my car, I hadn’t got a response so I rang them on the 20th as soon as they opened I was then told yes they had seen my email and they had been busy which I totally understand. They then said they would send over a quote within the hour. I still haven’t received an email or a phone call back. I did usually use this garage but they have not been the greatest this week

Friendly guy, quick easy service. Always look after our fleet.
