Was able to get a good price on 2 tyres and have them fitted a on a day that suited me.
The staff were very helpful and also provided a follow up call to make sure everything was okay.

Highly recommend and will be using HiQ Tyres from now on. Arrived with a slow puncture just as the Mechanics were finishing for the day, however the font of house guys kindly spoke to the garage and Ben one of the mechanics stayed on to help sort me out along with keeping the reception open. Really appreciate you all going the extra mile to offer great customer service.

4x new Goodyear tyres were fitted to my car in July 2024 at the Tewkesbury HiQ branch (franchise run by PJ Nicholls).
PJN Tewkesbury is a Ford main dealer. When you visit a BMW dealership, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist who offers you a seat and free coffee and pastries. My initial greeting on arrival at PJN was a member of staff shouting at me ‘Oi ! can’t park there mate’.
Tyres were fitted and few days later I took the car on a family holiday to Brittany. The car vibrated badly because the wheels had not been balanced correctly. This marred the experience of an otherwise fantastic trip. PJN did rectify, but balance is still not perfect.
On all four wheels, tyres and/or valve stems were not correctly sealed, they need extra air every few weeks, pressure dropping by as much as 40% in-between fills. Note that the previous set of tyres maintained their pressure perfectly.
PJN installed metal valve caps which seized on to the valves over winter. They rectified but used a mini grinder for the job instead of just replacing the valves. The stems now have deep gouges and it’s not possible to seal the compressor hose against the valve when inflating. They presented a bill for the work but backed down when I complained the issue was caused by them, and I should not need to pay for it to be rectified. However they denied having fitted the metal caps, the insinuation being that I was lying (I am not lying).
I complained to HiQ customer service, requesting the issues be rectified at another branch as I doubt PJN’s competence and find the staff rude. We have reached an impasse as their only offer is to have PJN perform the remedial work. My only option now is to go elsewhere and pay for the work myself.
I strongly recommend all tyre buyers should avoid HiQ in general, and specifically HiQ Tewkesbury, as it is clear their staff are rude and dishonest, and HiQ have poor standards of aftercare.

Got my tyres replaced and fitted a new batter. Very friendly and warm guys... Ryan, Tai & Alex. Will surely recommend HiQ Tewkesbury to all my friends as well
