The team at Wellingborough HiQ are consistently polite and genuine. They take the time to clearly explain any issues with my car, making sure I fully understand the situation and the work that needs to be done. I believe his name is Joe, his manners were great.

The Guys are always so helpful and lovely , with the current state of potholes I’ve seen them quite a lot lately , fitted a new tyre , sorted everything out in double quick time and I was on my way . Many Thanks , Alex

I have used many sites over the years, but have found that this particular garage, HiQ Wellingborough , has given me the best standard of service and the staff are very polite and helpful, unlike others in the area. Myself and my partner will only use them.

After a very stressful experience with a blown tyre thanks to a pot hole, the manager of HiQ went above and beyond to help me with my car this morning. He demonstrated kindness and a willingness to support me to get my car back on the road for which I am extremely grateful.

Booked in for an MOT, four new tyres, and a wheel alignment. I had to wait for the car, expecting it to be a couple of hours. They kept me there practically the whole day, waiting to be serviced. What did I get for my £660? The steering wheel is not central when driving in a straight line, and the front wheels shake at motorway speeds. Should I have complained and taken it back? And be kept waiting for another day? I couldn't face it. HiQ never ever again.

Wanted a Saturday appointment which was feasible as normally had to have a day oof in the week. Dropped off and was done in the hour, first class mot and excellent reception.
