Fantastic service from HIQ Wellingborough. Cliff, Dan and the team are always here to help. I’ve dealt with a lot of garages in my past and Wellingbrough HIQ is by far the best. The team and also very transparent when it comes to repair work, which I really like and they care about the customer experience. Head office in HIQ need to give the whole team a raise 😀.

Started ok, with Cliff being helpful. However, once my vehicle failed it's MOT on lights, they tried to find lights but after 3 days of searching couldn't. Told me to order the lights, which I ordered then, needed plugs duly did this too. After several days holding my vehicle decided they couldn't fix the lights gave me various excuses so had to bring vehicle home. Once lights had been fitted by another garage went to rebook MOT and they told me it needed a new one (fair enough) but refused to honour the cost, told me I was being UNFAIR?? really, hold the vehicle for 2 weeks then tell me this! Would not recommend as very unhelpful and has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress as the vehicle went in for MOT way before it had run out, so why they couldn't have told me originally the lights could not be fixed I have no idea??

I want to leave this Review for Cliff, who was so polite and extremley helpful, I could not of asked for a better service.

Popped in to have a tyre checked in Wellingborough and Cliff was amazingly helpful. Checked my tyre - helped find my locking wheel nut 😱 and jumped straight to it. Whilst I was waiting in reception I observed him with other clients and was super impressed with his care and professionalism. I will certainly be back if I have any tyre issues in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Wellingborough. When my brake lights suddenly stopped working, I called them in a bit of a panic. They were incredibly helpful and told me to come over right away. When I arrived, they took my car in immediately and fixed the brake light in no time. The staff were kind and efficient, and I'm very grateful for their help. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you, HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Wellingborough!

STAFF WERE SO HELPFUL AND EVEN THO' THEY WERE FULLY BOOKED FITTED MY VEHICLE IN WITHIN HOURS FOR A PUNCTURE REPAIR.
Cliff took my phone call and Adrian was the technician who repaired the puncture as soon as I arrived.
Cliff also helped by providing me with a favourable estimate for new tyres should I decide to replace all 4 tyres in the next few months.

I just had amazing help from Dan at the Wellingborough branch after being turned away from Kwikfit! He had everything done and fixed within 5 minutes. Will definitely be back
