Great help from a rather cool assistant in the Manchester Arndale store who helped process an online order with an HMV voucher. Delivery was prompt and really well packaged. Faultless.

Great staff the man explained the process and. The option to have it delivered to my home for 4 pound extra, he explained to expect it to be ready to pick up on Thursday as I ordered it on Monday, I had no problem picking the c.d up.

Spot on service - HMV store Manchester
Spot on service from the gent at the HMV store Manchester. I'd spent 15 mins scouring the Blu-ray section for Jujutsu Kaisen season 2. Asked the gent at the till if they happened to have it in stock, he apologised as they were short staffed and checked, couldn't see it on the stock list but went off for 5 mins and came back with that and 1 other. More apologies as the Blu-Rays hadn't been reshelved because they were short staffed! Absolutely delighted and spot on service. Thank you sir!

You have 14 days to collect your order… but they’ll send it back to the warehouse in 2
I got an email from HMV on the 29th July telling me that my order was ready to collect. It said I had 14 days to come in store and collect it. Brilliant!
I went in store on the 31st July to pick up said collection only to find that my order has been sent back! I was met with “you didn’t come to the signing on Tuesday so we assumed you didn’t want it and sent it back”.
I really can’t wrap my head around the fact that I had 14 days to collect it, yet they sent it back in less than 2!
Very annoying and inefficient system

My extremely positive experience.
The assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant. He explained the process clearly and also the additional tracks that had been added to the cd.
He also fully explained the returns policy and procedure
