i went to the preston store ordered the items i wanted the member of staff was very friendly and helpful the items came very quickly and i was informed of their arrival so a very good service

I find the staff at the Preston store very helpful and friendly, very efficient and if your looking for something and can't find it or it's out of stock they will go onto there hmv site and try to find it or order it for you.

Great service with a smile
Great service by Evie the girl on the counter 👍 she even removed the cardboard delivery pack for me so I could check that the vinyl was coloured as advertised.

I found a cd that I wanted to buy after looking on the hmv website. I popped into my local store to buy it. Unfortunately the cd wasn’t kept in the store however the member of staff told me that it was available online, and that they could order the cd into the shop or I can request the item to be posted to my home. The staff member was more than happy to order off the hmv website for me and I requested that it be sent to the store in Preston. The item arrived very quickly and nicely packed. A staff member then contacted me by phone to inform me that my order was ready.
Great service from start to finish many thanks.
