ordering the DVD was very easy and was not reliant on tech they were very happy to telephone me at home to tell me my order was ready for collection.
the atmosphere in the shop is always calm and welcoming to all ages.

It was excellent service
It was excellent service. Never worry about me not giving five stars. I never give the highest score, but also I never give the lowest score. This is because if I give the highest score, I feel the company would then 'rest on their laurels', and then their standards would fall.

Website doesn’t work to show the stocks in different citys
I ordered from click and collect as when I check on the store to see if they had the item I wanted it said it was in stock with a high amount in the hmv closest to me. However it had to be shipped to the store. It’s been 5 days since I payed for click and collect and it’s still not at the store I find this very unprofessional. I think you guys need to update your website as it is showing things to be in stock when it’s not.

Great HMV Service
I ordered my Vinyl Box Set on Sat 25th May in my local Southampton store with Lucy and the item was dispatched from the warehouse the same day. I received an email on Wed 28th May to say my item was ready for collection. I was very impressed with the quick service and the staff were very helpful with any questions i had when i made my order.

I was in your Southampton store and you have such a great selection over there but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I find it easier to go online to make my purchases as I'm on the Isle of Wight .
