I was on the phone for 47 mins off and on .I needed a small clip for the bonnet stay on my Renault 2025 captur Tony the sales guy said its free I will put u though. Steve in parts was very unprofessional said who paying for this Tony I said I dint know Tony just said its under warranty as its only 9 months old so its free he said nothing is free I said well i have 3 years free warranty so it must be free well someone has to pay .I had to go back next day and Steve had told his mate to ask me again who's paying for it I said I find u very unprofessional. And also there was 3 cars all parked in disabled spacers with service stickers on I brought this to the attention of mat the manager and he said well we can't make then not park there so basically they hold croft don't really care they say they do this and that but really the place is not run very well as cars are just parked blocking people's cars in no organisation at all I have taken photos of the cars its shocking I.wont be buying another car from there as staff are rude and parking is horrendous never seen parking so bad.ivenkept the photos incase a manager needs them and I have the recordingof the person Steve asking me if iam going to pay or Tony when thenpartsnshould be free under the warranty.

We were looking at purchasing a Hyundai car online and decided to visit some showrooms- Holdcroft Cheshire Oaks was our first and last stop as we instantly found what we were looking for and dealt with the excellent and informative salesman Colin Smith. Colin wasn't pushy he was clear, precise and talked us through various options to suit our lifestyle while giving us the privacy to discuss between us before making our decision. Excellent experience and Colin even arranged drop off of new car as my Wife was due for surgery and advised not to drive for a short while. Would highly recommend this showroom in particular Colin. Thank you.

beware of the deposit
At first everything was ok I had a car in mind they had one in with the spec I wanted & was asked to put a deposit down ,which I didn't as I wouldn't be able to get in to view for several days,that car went & I called to see if they'd call me if they had a similar car come in. The salesman rang back on Monday said they could get one would i be be interested & said i'd need to put £100 deposit on it but don't worry " if you don't like the car we'll shake hands leave as friends & you get the deposit back" I agreed to a test drive on the following Saturday . on Tuesday I received several emails congratulating me on the car & how the handover would go on Saturday plus documents to sign. I went on the test drive Saturday & wasn't sure about the car told Brandon id meet him Monday & have a think about it ,Sunday I rang & told him I wasn't taking the car & would he return the deposit he said he'd need to speak to his boss? ive emailed & rang several times only to be told by the receptionist nobody is available & someone would contact me .....not heard anything from them since

Recently bought a Volvo XC40 from holdcroft Stoke. We dealt with James from start to finish and found him very polite friendly and helpful. He kept us informed all the way through the process and made it all very easy for us. Great service from Volvo and very happy with the car!
Four+ hours for a service
Booked my vehicle in for a second service a month ago and told them that I would wait whilst it was carried out. Four hours and no update or information relating to timing. I had a walk around and it was parked up. I asked when it would be ready and the service rep told me it was being washed - no it wasn't as I am looking at it. Another 30 minutes whilst they wiped it over with a dirty rag and used a vac that seemed to leave more dirt that it picked up. I mentioned some work that I wanted doing when I first booked the vehicle in and also reminded the rep on the day. That was never carried out. I was also charged for parts not used - which I refused to pay for. Keen to sell me a vehicle but no customer care afterwards.

Two years ago I purchased a MG HS from Holdcroft Cheshire oaks.I have always had company cars but I am due to retire so I felt I should own my own.I have worked in the motor trade for 48 years.I bought the vehicle and as part of the deal I was sold it included the first 2 services FOC.My vehicle was picked up for the first service at a cost to myself of £25.It was also scheduled for a DAB aerial.modification.
It went in and the modification was done but unfortunately the first service was not done as an oversight which I was unaware of.The vehicle booked in a year later for its second service, this is when it came to light that the first service had not been done.The vehicle was serviced and a fault reported that a TPMS light would need further investigation under warranty.
I rang the service manager Adam and I explained the situation to him.He said not to worry that they would do the 3rd service for free to honour our agreement.I asked him to make a note on the system.I arranged for the vehicle to be picked up for its free 3rd service,an MOT and the TPMS fault to be looked at.I again was paying for collection.
I receive a call from Adam two days before it is due to be collected saying he can find no record of the initial agreement even though the vehicles in the showroom had it plastered all over the windscreen and they had done the 2nd service FOC.I told him it was him who said he would service it.He refused to honour this so I cancelled my booking.
I took it to my local garage who did the MOT and said it had failed because of the dash light relating to the TPMS light.He said he would try and reset it, which he managed to do.Its very odd that the corner garage could sort the warning light but the main dealer couldn't.This cost a further £25 to resolve.I am very unhappy at the treatment I have received despite enjoying the vehicle very much.Happy motoring!
Great experience
My experience at Holdcroft Hyundai Cheshire Oaks was memorable because Colin listened to what we wanted and needed from the car, then showed us ones he thought we would like. I didnt feel pressured into buying any car, it waa all very relaxed and i loved the fact i could take the car for a couple of hours to test drive. This helped me make my mind up that it was the right car for me. Colin explained everything in detail and had excellant communication throughout. I love my new car and it has everything that myself and my husband asked for.
Avoid the Hyundai Cheshire Oaks…
Avoid the Hyundai Cheshire Oaks dealership. I was sold a faulty "Approved Used" EV. They have appalling aftercare, and they ignore severe security flaws.
My wife and I bought an "Approved Used" 71 plate Ioniq 5 last year from Cheshire Oaks Hyundai, putting down a £10k deposit and financing the rest - basically blowing through our savings. We were absolutely assured the car was in perfect working order. We were told "we sell so many cars, we don't need to sell cars with problems".
The car completely out-right refused to charge. I spent an entire day trying 15 different public chargers (fast and slow) to no avail. Attempting to charge it at home blew our house fuse. We had to limp it back to the dealer on 3% battery, only for it to throw a 12v battery error there when plugged in (likely the infamous ICCU fault). The salesperson who sold it to us, who I assumed would help, literally shrugged when I was clearly in a bit of a state of panic having driven down the motorway on 3%.
Trying to get it booked into servicing involved days of unanswered calls and broken promises of calls back. When we did eventually get a slot, we were left without a car and no courtesy car was provided for weeks.
I sent a detailed email to management - and copied in a few other addresses - outlining the problems and our poor treatment. It was completely ignored. Absolutely no reply, no calls.
Eventually, I got my car back. Even that was a whole process - I was told contradictory things about what exactly was the problem. A faulty thermometer, the 'entire charging unit', the ICCU.
In the last year, I have repeatedly called them asking them to apply a known security update to protect the car from wireless theft. Every time, they claim they know absolutely nothing about it - that they will look into it and call back. It has been months. I called Hyundai Head Office, who confirmed this dealership has been sent multiple bulletins and should know exactly what this is. Yet, the dealership still seemingly refuses to look into it, apply it, or offer any explanation, actively leaving my car vulnerable to thieves.
For what it is worth, the car is great. The dealership are not.
Once they have your money, you are on your own.

Very poor service and unwillingness to address complaint despite sales representative admitting that they had fallen short. Sales staff and managers extremely unprofessional despite our being loyal customers of more than 10 years standing. Extremely unimpressed and won't be returning again.
