Jenny explained everything to us and listened to what we wanted from the car, including finding us the right car for the budget we had. She was friendly and approachable but didn't pester us with unnecessary phone calls. I'm really pleased with my new car, and would recommend the dealership.

Holdcroft Hyundai Cheshire Oaks were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I was very impressed with the overall experience. Our salesperson was very experienced, polite, patient, clear, and helpful. I never felt under any pressure or rushed at any time. The car was in tip-top condition and ready on arrival for test drive and the major points for driving and setting up my profile etc, plus many other tips were gone through, a number of times as necessary ( my first time driving a hybrid and automatic), very patiently. Also, going through the finance and other paperwork was done very clearly with no rush. In the future, choosing another Hyundai through them will be the first thought.

I visited Holdcroft Hanley for the first time recently to make a tentative enquiry about swapping my car. Sales representative, Abdul, went beyond what I had experienced at other car dealerships. His attention was appropriate, he was polite, pleasant, well informed and helpful, at the showroom and on the test drive. Nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Result? Just over a week later I drove away in a new car. Well done Abdul, well done Holdcroft Hanley.

Inexperienced as I was in choosing and purchasing a pre-owned car,wary of the pitfalls, my friendly sales advisor WIL ROBERTS came across as trustworthy and knowledgeable. He gave me the confidence that I could drive a Sports model Honda Jazz with automatic transmission. He was calm, personable and genuine. The paperwork was all done for me, and I was satisfied with the whole experience there. I would definitely recommend WIL Thank you so much.

I checked the Renault Holdcroft website for Symbioz they had in stock. Their Hanley branch had a good selection. We visited there branch and were met by Abdul Muktar (Sales Rep) He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much of a trouble for him. We selected our vehicle and traded in our old car. We now have a lovely vehicle and we believe we obtained a great deal. I'll be back in the future and would definitely recommend. Thanks Abdul.

When I visited the Hanley Mazda after an accident to purchase a replacement car I had to use my computer as was house bound. I was contacted by larnie sales agent who was most helpful.I was treated like a person not as tyre kicker (a very rare treatment) I have purchased the car she recommended and an extremely satisfied with such such service
