My experience at Holdcroft Hyundai Stockport was cracking because friendly, no pressure salesman, happy to explain everything, and kept me up to date. Car was ready when I turned up to collect, and everything explained with the control's of the vehicle
Avoid Holdcroft Nissan Crewe – Terrible Service
Extremely poor experience with Holdcroft Nissan Crewe. They never return phone calls, and I was constantly having to chase for updates. Communication was almost non-existent, and getting even basic information was a struggle.
If you depend on your vehicle for work or daily life, stay far away. Their complete lack of urgency and professionalism has been both frustrating and costly.
Terrible customer service, no accountability, and zero respect for the customer’s time. I will never use them again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service and enjoyable overall experience
I purchased my first electric car today and Ross, the sales agent who guided us through the process, was extremely helpful and made the somewhat complex process less daunting, easy to grasp and enjoyable. I’m not sure what my experience there would’ve been like without Ross there for us, but I’m really glad he was the one we spoke with.
I’d also like to praise his colleague, Nikki, who also helped us through the process and even going so far as to assist my stepdad with his car that he’d bought from them several weeks earlier but wasn’t able to go through certain aspects at the time.
Our sales agent Ross was excellent
Our sales agent, Ross, was very knowlegeable and was able to provide comprehensive information about the cars that we were interested in. We quickly narrowed it down to a particular car and Ross was very patient with explaining all the features for the car and some of the add-ons. Nikki provided additional information for the servicing scheme, which we also took out. They were both a pleasure to deal with.
A five-star experience…
The sale of the car I purchased was straightforward and the salesperson I dealt with from start to finish, was very honest and extremely helpful.
The delivery of the vehicle was also faultless.

Purchased an approved used vehicle
Purchased an approved used vehicle, error occurred on the way home, reported to Hanley Mazda, promised calls back but not received had to keep chasing. Vehicle had to have a repair prior to collection, promised we wouldn't know it had been repaired ! On inspecting it the repair was poor, with unacceptable repair methods used, I was reminded I had purchased a used car, so I reminded them of the promise they made re the repair and the fact that they never told me prior to me travelling in total 120 miles to view it that it needed a repair due to damage!
What I find most unprofessional is the "radio silence" from them when you email or call them.
This has been a dreadful experience, please buyer beware.
I will never use Holdcrofts again.

Finding the right car for my wife was important so,as always, Holdcroft Hyundai came up trumps and we came away with our 7th Hyundai. The whole process was effortless thanks to Natalie Bird, who made us feel comfortable and welcome from the viewing on the Saturday right through to the handover a few days later.
Honest, purchaser of a newer car.
Very new to buying a new car but found the experience easy, straight forward, enjoyable and exciting. All the Hyundai team are friendly, professional and not pushy which is so important. I won't go elsewhere in the future!

Poor aftersales care at Holdcroft Honda Cobridge
Deformation on the drivers seat backrest cover was initially reported to the Technical Service Manager (TSM) by my dad.
The response was as follows:
It's how you are getting in and out of the car.
The TSM also noticed the B pillar trim was detached. The customer complaint was not about the B pillar trim being detached, it was about the deformed drivers seat back rest cover.
The TSM had an opinion which I respect but dont agree with.
My dad and myself are very disappointed with the quality of the seat cover and the aftercare service receieved from Holdcrofts. In summary the warranty claim was rejected.
The B pillar trim should not have been mentioned in the claim as the issue was with the seat cover, we feel this has changed the way the claim was reviewed by warranty due to how the claim was worded.
How the B pillar became detached is an assumption by the TSM in my opinion there are numerous factors to how this could of happened.
Holdcrofts have had numerous chances to rectify this complaint but unfortunately the way this has been handled they have lost a loyal customer due to poor customer service which could of been resolved easily, please note apart from the seat cover issue, the car is great however this has made the interior look cheap and shabby and not expected on a Honda car under 3 years old
I don't normally leave bad reviews as most places do try to resolve customer disatisfaction but in this case I have been left no choice
