Homebase - AntrimOpiniones 

Bought a kitchen from them, had the homebase kitchen designer come out and promise us that we would not have to re tile the kitchen walls and floor as the new kitchen would match the previous kitchens dimensions and footprint. Then the fitter they used let us down after calling us to make an appointment to come and see us when he had been drinking and surprisingly enough never turned up. Then they got us another fitter but told him nothing about the job. The kitchen was delivered on the day the fitting started, around 72 boxes, and once the fitter had completed the kitchen the fitter found the tap in one of the last boxes and it was fitted we then saw it was the wrong tap and we need to retile the kitchen due to 2 inch gaps all around the worktops and cupboard edges and had to spend a further £1300 replacing a tiled floor. I would never recommend homebase to anyone as the service we have received has been below useless. The designer told us if we have any issues to call him and he has still to return our calls. Avoid at all costs.

Fast click and collect time, item as described and works well.

I had an excellent experience when collecting my click and collect order in the Antrim store. In light of recent news staff were so nice and couldn’t have been more helpful.

The lady at the till was totally negative and unhelpful regarding my purchase and if I had been left solely with her there would have been no purchase luckily I was passed on to Sam who was 100%, he epitomises what customer service is all about Homebase is very lucky to have him in Antrim a top guy in every way.

Jordan who was our kitchen planner was excellent made us both at ease when sorting out the plans. Didn't feel under pressure at any time. Would definitely recommend him, friendly and helpful 👍

Good selection of items, I would sometimes check online before going to the store then buy through the Click & Collect option 😀.

An amazing young man was extremely helpful. Nothing was any trouble and he helped bring my shopping to my car and load the heavy bags of soil.
One of the pots had no bar code and he even went some distance to get this with a very limited wait. Wish I got his name. You want to keep him

I was looking for a couple of outdoor chairs.The orange Acapulco chairs had been reduced but I preferred the green colour. Jackie kindly checked with her manager to see if the green ones were also at the reduced offer price- which they were.

A lovely girl called Honor was very helpful and pleasant got me what I was needing I have noticed all the staff very good in the Antrim store even the Manger Louise which makes a difference that they have the time with there customers.
