The staff were so helpful. Louise and John were able to help me make the right purchases for what I needed and gave me lots of information on the best way to use the products.

Really helpful staff
Not knowing what I was looking for, I went straight to staff for help. Two guys named James and John were absolutely amazing. Had what I needed straightaway and were so helpful. Was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Great service.

Extremely unhelpful worker brought the bags of sand dripping out soaking wet from the bags and looked like cement when i asked i was informed that's the way it comes...had to ask for bags to put in car as to he wasn't to happy to help!!

Staff are brilliant!
All staff are friendly and helpful! John in the garden section gave me some great advice and spent a bit of time with me (complete garden novice) making sure that I got what I needed and what I could manage!!!

Superb service from Homebase boucher…
Superb service from Homebase boucher Road. They phoned to say they didn't have one item but would goto another store to pick it up for me and bring it to boucher. I picked it up this morning and both girls couldn't have been friendlier! Amazing. Got speaking to one of them and turned out it was her that went to pick the item up!!! I believe her name was Karen. Utterly fantastic service.

Colleagues in store where absolutely fantastic!
Order collected from stock room quickly, provided some plastic wrap to help keep car clean when transporting blocks as had to use car rather than van to transport...allowed me to split collection across 3 trips without any fuss.....Great work!

Excellent customer service from Danielle in the Belfast Store she was amazing. I'm delighted with my great quality dinning chairs and really happy with the price. I will definitely be back in Homebase for more purchases.

I collected tiles from Homebase Boucher…
I collected tiles from Homebase Boucher road on Sunday
And I have to say how lovely the experience was
The guy Sam was especially helpful and I don’t know how he did he but he managed to get the tiles into my car in one go saving me another journey
He was so kind and as me and my husband have back issues he put all the heavy tiles in car for me
