Made an online order for click and collect. Had a text first thing the next day. The order was ready for us when we collected it. Really good service

Excellent store
Excellent store. I was given great service by a man on the shop floor. Had the time to chat to me about my project which was refreshing to see. The shop has everything I want in stock. They also have a lovely kitchen and bathroom area with plenty on display.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way my friend was treated…
I have rang spoke to the lady concerned it was a big mistake on my part I thought that all mirrors were in a package not just kept outside in the rain, it was a special 70th birthday present which in hindsight I should of ordered from a company that could deliver to her home then it would of been in a decent package. I have learnt from this mistake thank you for your help.

Crack on top of my unit
I went to pick up my order. I was well happy as it was on a trolley ready for me. When I got home the item i bought had a crack in it. Luckily I was able to still use it as I was able to turn it the other way but still annoyed

The lady who collected my storage item (large box) and the gentleman who helped me load it, were friendly and very personable. Excellent customer experience!

Great service had a text early in the day to say my order was ready. When i got to the store i was served quickly and my order was ready on a trollley to put straight in the car. Great service and really happy with the tiles i've purchased.
