I ordered a shower hose and shower head…
I ordered a shower hose and shower head over a week ago. The parcel arrived on the specified date, four/five days after order placed but only the hose was included. I called the Customer Services line and was told it was coming from the warehouse so would be delivered today; Monday 11th. It has still not arrived! I will be calling once again tomorrow to find out when I can expect a delivery. Not being informed of the delays is very frustrating.

Click and collect was a waste of time…
Click and collect was a waste of time as we had to wait so long for staff to just pass us our pre paid goods. There were plenty of staff on the shop floor, but despite seeing the queues at the till and click and collect, they failed to assist.
