On line ordering is amiss
When order the recipriating saw it was not clear what other items you were required to order to make a full working package. I orders an extra battery but could not order saw blades on line. the order was then split!! with the same number code. I recieve a message to say the item is ready for collection. it was only the battery. Next day message to collect the saw, arrive to find that the item was not the saw but an impact driver. staf in store were helpful staff on the help line were dismissive. A week later i got the saw, which is great. In summary, the staff in store were great. The ordering system was poor. having to wait and take three visits to the store were annoying and at my cost
