It’s been a pleasure working with Ujala to redesign my very dated bathroom. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she created a fantastic design.

Ujala came up with excellent suggestions, followed up with me consistently, and went out of her way to ensure the best design for the space.

Her creativity, professionalism, and dedication were evident throughout the entire process. She truly listened to my needs and incorporated them seamlessly into the design. Ujala's warm and approachable nature made working with her a joy. She is a great asset and I highly recommend her services.

Item was ready for collection though I only got 1 piece whereas I had ordered 2 Online (website stock not reliable) but excellent service, refund was processed but money does not get refunded immediately. Would recommend

Staff very helpful-I assumed the item was flat pack-it wasn’t. Unsure if it would fit my car staff lent us a measure & a large trolley. Thankfully it did fit, a lovely shoe cabinet at a great price in the safe,

The young Irish girl at the customer service section went above and beyond to help me I'm disabled but it wasn't because of that she was patient helpful and couldn't do enough for me looking up items I was interested in, getting trolly for heavy bags of cement and sand getting my pre order and giving me time to browse I cannot find fault the other staff were friendly too. I would like her to be praised very much.

Order was ready for me in the warehouse and was wheeled out to my car and loaded for me, as I use a walking stick.

Ready in time but very long queue at pick up counter because none of the normal tills were open, so 1 person doing it all.

Bedding plants were horribly dry! Didn't buy half the amount I'd intended to. Cashier was kind in discounting the worst of them ( lobelia) which I hope survive.

I used to recommend Homebase for bedding plants but I won't be this time. Why are ßtaff not watering & why so few staff around?

Easy to order, quick & friendly

It is so typical of staff at Homebase … especially at Catford … one person on the roll with queues of people waiting to be served … should you want to buy other products and find someone to help … what a joke that is …. If you wish to know the price of a product … good luck with that as the staff are to lazy to put product prices on and busy smoking outside …

So all in all bar the product price keeping people coming back …. It is certainly not your staff or their attitudes …

overall … Homebase staff make the experience really frustrating

Prompt, welcome and appreciative service.

Went into store to buy window putty. Looked up on line to see they had it. 8 in stock in store. Could not find it. Asked where it was. No body knew. So stood in front of them ordered it on line for pick up and waited 5 minutes that I could go pick it up from store.
Then they COULD find it.
So staff don’t care. Just a wage. No comment to job or Homebase.
Use only if you have to.

Really smooth experience, great customer service

Nathan was very helpful from start to finish. He knew his way round the store and was very polite.

Ordered online for instore pick up. Was an absolute breeze, and staff were very polite and friendly. Thumbs up from me.

On visiting the store I spoke to Joan at the information desk with a view to buying a BBQ and cover Joan was very helpful going through covers etc I purchased a 4 burner BBQ and a cover .Joan is a credit to your company.

Joan on the customer service desk was very helpful from the moment she called me about my click and collect order that was cancelled to helping me reorder replacement compost and when I then went in store to collect it. Excellent customer service and please thank her for her help an asset to Homebase.

Hey just want to say Liz was amazing honestly shes brilliant helped me so much really really helped me out with all my questions about renovating my bath room she really went the exra mile amazing.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The store was well organised and very neat and tidy

The lady at the collection point was superb. I did not wait served straightaway.

Very quickly served friendly and efficient.
